Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Last Update: 26.07.2026

Our Commitment

FansyMe does not tolerate modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or the sexual exploitation of any person, in any form, on our platform, in our business, or in our relationships with Creators, Fans, and service providers.

This Statement sets out the steps FansyMe takes to identify, prevent, and respond to the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in connection with our platform. It applies regardless of whether FansyMe is legally required to publish such a statement in any given jurisdiction, because we consider this commitment fundamental to operating an adult content platform responsibly.

About FansyMe

FansyMe is operated in Germany and connects verified adult content Creators with Fans through subscriptions, pay-per-view content, and related paid features. Because our platform enables individuals to earn income from content they create and publish themselves, we recognise that adult content platforms can be a vector for exploitation if verification, payment, and communication controls are not properly designed. The measures below are built into how FansyMe operates for this reason.

Governing Policies

This Statement should be read together with FansyMe's Terms of Service, Creator Agreement, and Safe Content Policy, which contain the binding rules referenced throughout this document.

Identity Verification of Creators

Every Creator on FansyMe, whether registering as a natural person or through a legal entity, must personally complete FansyMe's mandatory identity and age verification process, including submission of valid government-issued identification, before uploading, publishing, or selling any content on the platform. This verification is reviewed by FansyMe's internal team. A Creator account may not be operated by anyone other than the verified individual, and third-party operation of a Creator account is expressly prohibited under the Creator Agreement.

Where content depicts more than one person (Co-Authored Content), every participant appearing in that content must independently complete the same identity and age verification process as the Creator, including submission of government-issued identification, and must sign a digital consent and release form before the content is published. This is designed to ensure that every individual appearing in content on FansyMe has been independently verified and has personally consented to its publication, not merely represented as consenting by another party.

Financial Controls

Payout rights on FansyMe are personal to the verified Creator account holder and may not be assigned, transferred, sublicensed, pledged, or shared with any third party, including studios, partners or managers, without FansyMe's prior written approval. This is intended to prevent a Creator's earnings from being redirected to a third party who controls or coerces them, a recognised indicator of trafficking and exploitation in online content platforms.

Restrictions on Third-Party Account Control

FansyMe permits Partner and Studio Accounts to provide limited promotional and business support services to Creators, but these accounts are expressly prohibited from impersonating a Creator, communicating with Fans on a Creator's behalf, or accessing Fan communications in any way. This restriction exists in part because unrestricted third-party control over a Creator's communications and account is a known mechanism by which exploitation and coercion can occur undetected.

Prohibition on Solicitation of In-Person Meetings

Creators are expressly prohibited from soliciting or accepting payments for travel or in-person meetings for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity, whether communicated on or off the FansyMe platform. Violation of this rule is treated as a serious breach and may result in immediate account termination.

Content Moderation and Detection

FansyMe combines automated content screening with human review before any enforcement action is taken, as described in our Safe Content Policy. Content depicting or promoting human trafficking is explicitly prohibited. We continue to evaluate how artificial intelligence and other detection methods can further improve our ability to identify indicators of trafficking and exploitation on the platform.

Reporting

Anyone, including users without an account, may report suspected trafficking, exploitation, or coercion involving a FansyMe account through our in-platform reporting function, our DSA reporting form, or by emailing [email protected]. Reports are reviewed in accordance with the timelines set out in our Safe Content Policy.

Where FansyMe identifies or receives a credible report of suspected human trafficking or exploitation, we cooperate with law enforcement authorities in accordance with Section 12.5 of our Terms of Service and take appropriate platform action, which may include immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Review of this Statement

This Statement is reviewed periodically and updated to reflect changes in our verification, moderation, and reporting processes.
